[Case Study of Piping Magnetite Method] BOD decreased from 25 to 2.6!

Improving the water environment! Introduction of a case study on the piping magnetite method to reduce BOD load.

We would like to introduce a case study from Ohtaki Co., Ltd.'s Ibaraki factory, which has implemented our proposed "Piping Magnetite Method." In the company's oshibori laundry factory, one of the two automatic cleaning lines was equipped with a water conditioning device, "The Bio Water Ω80." A comparison was made between the product quality of the line with the conditioning device and the line without it. As a result, the BOD levels decreased from 25 to 2.6 after the installation of the device, clearing the city's standard values within three months. Additionally, we have materials that cover all topics available for your reference. [Case Study] ■ BOD Reduction in Wastewater Field Test ■ Location: Ohtaki Co., Ltd. Ibaraki Factory ■ Duration: March 13, 2005 - June 13, 2005 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *The section "Trigger for Interest" displayed during the PDF download is generated by AI from Ipros Co., Ltd.

Water supply pipe rust prevention "Piping Magnetite Method" - NETIS registered!

Low budget black rusting! By installing a water conditioning device, the red rust in the pipes is transformed into black rust, restoring the thickness of the deteriorated pipes!

The "Piping Magnetite Method" uses the modified water from the water modification device "The Bio Water" to convert the red rust in the water supply pipes into black rust (Fe3O4), thereby extending the life of the piping. Through water modification, the crystals of the calcium carbonate coating inside the pipes become denser. As a result, the oxidation of the base metal beneath the coating progresses slowly, reacting with the existing red rust to form black rust (Fe2O3 + Fe0 → Fe3O4). This black rust formation repairs and restores the areas of pitting in the piping. If we can obtain a sample of the water from the construction site, we will conduct a laboratory test to predict the effectiveness (this testing method is patented in Japan, the U.S., Europe, Singapore, and Malaysia). Improvements in the blockage rate of the piping, as well as prevention of leaks and red water occurrence, can be achieved with a low budget and short construction period. Depending on the hardness, it is generally maintenance-free, thus reducing maintenance costs and efforts. 【Features】 ◇ NETIS registered (KT-160125-VR) ◇ The construction involves simple work at the water supply pipe connection, taking about half a day to one day ◇ There is no need to replace pipes, allowing for low-cost red rust countermeasures ◇ The effects are semi-permanent, allowing the water supply pipes to be used for the lifespan of the building ◇ The BOD of the wastewater decreases, reducing the environmental impact on water ◇ Laboratory tests can predict effectiveness, ensuring peace of mind during construction

Water Quality Improvement Device "The Bio Water"

Measures against red rust, red water, and scale that can be installed directly on water pipes! It also has the effect of forming black rust that prevents the progression of rust!

We have developed "The Bio Water," a new technology aimed at fundamentally changing the water environment by transforming tap water into water resembling the pure spring water found in the mountains. This device is equipped with a self-assessment system that determines its own water modification capability and is completed as an industrial technology. By simply installing it in the water supply pipes, tap water undergoes physical changes to resemble spring water, effectively addressing issues such as red rust, red water, and scale, while also forming black rust that prevents the progression of rust. 【Features】 ■ Significant reduction in sludge volume in septic tanks ■ Extended lifespan of ion exchange resins ■ Natural detachment of scale ■ No decay even after one week ■ Rust and corrosion prevention in water supply pipes *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download. *The section titled 'What sparked your interest?' displayed during the PDF download is generated by the AI of Ipros Inc.

[Case Study on Wastewater BOD and Sludge Reduction] Ohtaki Co., Ltd. Ibaraki Factory

The installation of The Bio Water reduced sludge by 77% in 3 months!

We would like to introduce a case study from Ohtaki Co., Ltd. at the Ibaraki factory. Out of the two automatic washing lines in the oshibori laundry factory, we installed the water conditioning device The Bio Water Ω80 on one line and compared the finished products from the line with the conditioning device and the line without it. Since we cannot meet the wastewater standards (BOD25) of Mito City, we are investigating the impact of water conditioning on wastewater. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *The section titled "Reason for Interest" displayed during the PDF download is generated by the AI of Ipros Co., Ltd.

[Energy Saving Effect Measurement Case] Chiller for Clean Room Air Conditioning System

Power consumption decreased by 30% within two months after installation! Introducing the energy-saving effects of the refrigeration unit using the water reforming device "The Bio Water."

We would like to introduce a case study measuring the energy-saving effects of our clean room air conditioning system's refrigeration unit. A water conditioning device, The Bio Water, was installed in the cooling tower's (350RT) water tank, and changes in water quality were measured, along with changes in the power consumption of the refrigeration unit's compressor. Additionally, we confirmed the changes in the replacement cycle of the filters installed in the cooling water for production equipment. The power consumption of the refrigeration unit's compressor decreased by 30% within two months after the installation of The Bio Water. This was due to the removal of scale in the cooling water piping circulating from the cooling tower to the refrigeration unit, resulting in a reduced load on the compressor and confirming the energy-saving effect. [Test Overview] ■ Test Location: Taichung City Precision Injection Molding Factory ■ BW Installation Date: November 14, 2018 - Installation of The Bio Water in the cooling tower ■ Test Period: November 14, 2018 - January 25, 2019 ■ Test Content: Measurement of energy-saving effects of the refrigeration unit in the clean room air conditioning system * The production equipment installed in the clean room includes injection molding machines and deposition devices. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Pipeline Magnetite Method] NTT-AT Creative Co., Ltd.

Clear water within one month of installation! Introducing examples of measures against pipe deterioration and red water in circulation cooling lines.

From November 2016 to June 2017 (for 8 months), a field test was conducted at the NTT-AT Creative Corporation headquarters factory (Tokushima Prefecture) on the circulating cooling line, aimed at addressing pipe deterioration and red water issues. A water conditioning device called The Bio Water (Punch Box: hereafter PB) was installed in the water tank of the sealed circulating cooling line, and the changes in iron content and color of the water in the tank were regularly monitored. The water used is municipal water. During the test period, the water was not replaced, but approximately 20L/month of supplementary water was added. One month after the introduction of the "Pipe Magnetite Method," the red water became clear. After that, the iron content and color fluctuated several times, gradually stabilizing to a clear water quality. [Overview] ■ November 2016 to June 2017 (for 8 months) ■ NTT-AT Creative Corporation headquarters factory (Tokushima Prefecture) ■ A field test was conducted on the circulating cooling line to address pipe deterioration and red water issues. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us. *The section titled "Trigger for Interest" displayed during the PDF download is generated by AI from Ipros Corporation.
